Dude,
I knew for some time the Beachfront was for sale, but now I think it will be built on soon as they marked out lines half way across the Beach at the north end the other day. They will leave the federal minimum (Maybe) , and remove all the trees, so that means then the Beach will disappear without the trees roots holding all the sand together.
So another beach will be reduced in size. Sad.
I had a great few runs today while the wind was up for only minutes. Turns and wave-jumping/(surviving) getting better.

Hi Colin, thank you very much for keeping us up to date, it´s so scary, how everyday, we have less and less beachse to practice our sport!
